Terms of service

These terms apply when you use oraframes.com or order from ORA Frames, a studio in Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. Personalised, made-to-order products

Every frame and digital file is made for you from the details you enter in our designer. The preview on the website shows how your design will look; printed colours can look slightly different from your screen.

Example designs on the website, in our videos and on social media use example names, dates and places. They are not customer orders.

2. Preview and approval

After you order, we send you a preview of your design on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. Please check every name, date, place and word carefully. We start printing only after you approve the preview. Anything that was in the preview you approved can't be changed after printing.

If we can't reach you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order, we may hold or cancel it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are shown on each product page. Delivery charges are shown in the cart and at checkout.

You can pay cash on delivery, or in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Digital files are paid in advance. We may ask for an advance payment before we start making an order.

Please only choose cash on delivery if you'll be available to receive and pay for your parcel. Because every frame is personalised, a refused parcel can't be sold to anyone else.

4. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather or public holidays.

5. Returns, damage and remakes

Because every item is personalised, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your frame arrives damaged, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll replace or remake it as described in our Refund policy. You'll need an unboxing video and must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Your content

You're responsible for the names, words, dates and any other content you add to your design, and for having the right to use it. We may decline an order whose content is offensive, unlawful or uses someone else's work without permission. If we decline an order, we'll refund anything you've paid for it.

7. Our designs and website

The ORA Frames name and logo, our design templates and the content of this website belong to ORA Frames. A digital file you buy is for your personal use. Please don't resell it or use it commercially.

8. Liability

We do our best to make sure the website and your order are accurate. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Pakistani consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Lahore.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
